Network meeting on Twelfth Enterprise Development
was organized on August 25, 2005 at Hotel Greenwich
Village, Sanepa. A total of 35 members attended the
meeting. Ms. Muna Shrestha successfully coordinated
the forum. Mr. Chhabi Lal Sharma (Freelance Consultant)
moderated the meeting. Mr. Sharma recapitulated the
objective of the forum and thanked Lotus Opportunities
and SNV/N for providing such an informative forum
for a novel cause. The theme of the Twelfth Enterprise
Development Network was Enterprise Development on
Beekeeping in Nepal.
Ms. Mahalakshmi Shrestha from ApiNet did a presentation
on the key topic Beekeeping. Experience sharing on
Beekeeping entrepreneurship was also done by Dr. Lakshman
Pun from MEDEP and Mr. Krishna K. Khadka from Salt
Trading Corporation Ltd. The forum had facilitated
participants to have fruitful discussion on beekeeping
training and collaboration between participants.
